针对某钢管厂12Cr1MoVG锅炉用管成品的抗拉强度波动较大的现象,从化学成分和热处理工艺两方面对这个现象进行了分析。结果表明,不同原料厂家化学成分的差异和正火冷却速度的不稳定是造成该管成品性能异常的主要原因。
Aiming at the large fluctuation of the tensile strength of finished pipe products of 12Cr1MoVG boiler pipe in a steel pipe plant, this phenomenon was analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition and heat treatment process. The results show that the chemical composition of different raw materials manufacturers and normalizing cooling rate of instability is the main cause of the tube finished product performance anomalies.
