笔者以简单的二级供应链为研究对象,介绍了绿色供应链的应用,总结实施绿色供应链的影响因素,旨在构建企业间实施绿色供应链的绩效评价指标体系。在该体系的基础上,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)对链上企业进行指标分析,得出链上成员实施绿色供应链的绩效状况,最后提出供应链上的成员企业在实施绿色时的最优策略。 The author takes the simple two-level supply chain as the research object, introduces the application of the green supply chain, summarizes the influencing factors of implementing the green supply chain, and aims to build the performance evaluation index system of implementing the green supply chain among the enterprises. On the basis of this system, we use the analytic hierarchy process (ANP) to analyze the index of the enterprises on the chain and get the performance of the chain members in implementing the green supply chain. Finally, we put forward that the member enterprises in the supply chain should implement the green Excellent strategy.
