目的:建立乌骨藤药材中Tenacissoside B的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定乌骨藤中Tenacissoside B的含量,色谱柱使用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶水(78∶22);检测波长为217nm;流速1mL/min;柱温30℃。结果:Tenacissoside B在进样量1.01~10.1μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:y=432.41x-13.14,R2=0.9998;平均回收率为98.30%,RSD为1.78%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可用于乌骨藤药材的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Tenacisside B in Wuguteng herbs. Methods: The content of Tenacisso B was determined by HPLC. Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used for column chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol:water (78∶22). The detection wavelength was 217nm. 1 mL/min; column temperature 30°C. Results: Tenacisoside B had good linearity in the range of 1.01~10.1μg. The regression equation was: y=432.41x-13.14, R2=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.30% and the RSD was 1.78% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination and quality control of Wugu rattan.
