目的 :检测青海高原地区不同海拔、不同年龄正常人视网膜电图 (F -ERG)、振荡电位(OPS)及图形视觉诱发电位 (P -VEP)、闪光视觉诱发电位 (F -VEP)的特点 ,得出高原视觉电生理的数据。方法 :按国际标准的检查方法对 5 0 0例年龄在 2 0岁~ 6 0岁 ,在不同海拔世居人群作正常眼F -ERG、OPS及P -VEP、F -VEP的检查。结果 :不同海拔地区的P -VEP、F -VEP峰潜时、幅值差别无显著性 ,F -ERG峰时明显后延、幅值明显降低、OPS幅值降低明显 (与海拔 4 0 0M的西安地区比较 )。同一地区不同年龄、P -VEP、F -VEP差别无显著性 ,而ERG、OPS差别有显著性 ,并得出高海拔地区正常人视觉电生理检查的客观数据。结论 :不同海拔地区、不同年龄正常人P -VEP、F -VEP差别无显著性 ,而EPG、OPS差别有非常显著性
Objective: To detect the features of F -ERG, P-VEP and F-VEP in normal subjects at different altitudes and ages in Qinghai Plateau. Obtain plateau visual electrophysiology data. Methods: According to the international standard examination method, 500 F-ERs, OPS, P-VEP and F-VEP were examined in 500 normal subjects at different ages from 20 to 60 years old. Results: There was no significant difference in peak amplitude of P-VEP and F -VEP at different altitudes, significant postponement of F -ERG peak, significant decrease of amplitude, and significant decrease of OPS amplitude Xi’an comparison). There was no significant difference in P-VEP and F -VEP between different ages in the same area, but there was significant difference between ERG and OPS, and objective data of visual electrophysiological examination of normal subjects in high altitude area were obtained. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in P-VEP and F -VEP between different age groups at different altitudes, but there is significant difference between EPG and OPS
