随着煤炭资源整合和企业兼并重组的不断深入,人力资源需求发生了深刻的变化。文章对煤炭产量和科技进步指数相关因素作散点图建立预测模型,运用SPAW统计软件进行模型拟合,从而对山西省煤炭工业人力资源进行需求预测,并对预测结果加以分析,以便为山西省规划煤炭工业人力资源提供理论上的依据。
With the continuous integration of coal resources and mergers and acquisitions, the demand for human resources has undergone profound changes. The article sets up the forecast model based on scatter diagram of relevant factors of coal production and science and technology progress index, and uses SPAW statistical software to fit the model so as to forecast the demand of human resources in coal industry in Shanxi Province and analyze the forecasting results in order to provide Shanxi Province Provide theoretical basis for planning coal industry human resources.
