【目的】观察通肺胶囊对弹性蛋白酶诱发大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型的影响。【方法】选用SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组(盐酸班布特罗,剂量为3.3 mg.kg-1.d-1),通肺胶囊高、中、低剂量组(剂量分别为5.24、2.62、1.31 g.kg-1.d-1);除空白对照组外,其他组大鼠均以弹性蛋白酶诱发大鼠COPD模型,进行腹主动脉血的血气分析,测定动脉血血清及肺组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,进行右肺及支气管细胞学计数及分类检查,测定左肺体积及进行左肺组织病理学检查。【结果】通肺胶囊高、中、低剂量组均可显著提高模型大鼠血氧分压(P<0.05或P<0.01),通肺胶囊高剂量组可显著增加模型大鼠白细胞数量(P<0.01),通肺胶囊各剂量组均可显著降低模型大鼠血清MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),通肺胶囊高剂量组可显著提高模型大鼠血清SOD活性(P<0.05),通肺胶囊中、低剂量组均可显著降低模型大鼠肺匀浆组织中MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。通肺胶囊各剂量组均可不同程度改善模型大鼠肺泡扩张、肺泡间隔断裂及肺泡融合等病理变化。【结论】通肺胶囊对弹性蛋白酶诱发的慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用。

The left lung volume and left lung tissue Pathological examination. 【Result】 Tongfei Capsule could significantly increase the partial pressure of oxygen (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in the high, middle and low dose groups, Tonglu capsule high dose group could significantly increase the number of white blood cells (P (All P <0.05). Tong Tong Capsule could significantly decrease the content of serum MDA in model rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Tong Tong capsule high dose group could significantly increase the activity of SOD in model rats (P <0.05) Tonglu Capsule, low dose group can significantly reduce the content of MDA in lung homogenate tissue of model rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Tongluo Capsule dose groups can improve the degree of alveolar expansion, alveolar septal breakage and alveolar fusion and other pathological changes. 【Conclusion】 Tongfei Capsule has a certain therapeutic effect on rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease induced by elastase.
