2016年5月,北京。在这个“十三五”开局的年份,县级公立医院进入了全面改革的关键期,应时而生的“中国县市医院论坛”也迈入了第四届的时间节点。新医改以来,县级医院成为了公立医院改革的突破口,扮演着探路者的角色。本届论坛以“拥抱2.0时代”为主题,反映了当下县级医院的改革与发展所面临的环境变化和时代要求——2.0意味着,不仅要转变增长方式,还需要创新成长路径,以最终实现县级医院综合能力的提升。下一步医改政策动向、医院增长模式转变的探索、综合能力提升过程中的经验……这是论坛期间嘉宾热议的话题。我们希望藉由本期特刊,对本届论坛盛会进行全面再现,以飨不断探索前行中的中国医疗。
