回顾了一组无环鸟苷治疗单疱病毒(HSV)引起的前部葡萄膜炎病例,共32例。本组患者以前均患有树枝状角膜炎,经病毒分离证实阳性。除了遗留角膜混浊外,虹膜睫状体炎发作时无角膜炎存在,所有患者抗HSV血清阳性。治疗方法:用3%无环鸟苷眼膏,每日5次,并口服无环鸟苷200mg,一日5次(共1克),同时用1%后马托品限水滴眼。结果显示:18例患者中8例(44.4%)用过类固醇治疗,最初5日中有病情恶化,未用过类固醇治疗的14例患者中的1例(7.1%)病情恶化(P<0.05)。以前用过类固醇的患者平均治愈时间为4.7周,一年后随访复发率16.6%,而未用过类固醇的患者平均治愈时间为3.6周,一年后复发率
A review of a group of acyclovir treatment of herpes simplex virus (HSV) caused by anterior uveitis cases, a total of 32 cases. This group of patients with dendritic keratitis were previously confirmed positive by virus isolation. In addition to left corneal opacities, there was no keratitis at the onset of iridocyclitis and all patients were positive for anti-HSV seropositivity. Treatment: 3% acyclovir ointment, 5 times a day, and oral acyclovir 200mg, 5 times a day (a total of 1 gram), while the use of 1% horsetail limited water drops. Results: Eight of the 18 patients (44.4%) had been treated with steroids and had a worsened condition on the first 5 days, and one of 14 (7.1%) patients who had not been treated with steroids deteriorated (P <0.05) . Patients who used steroids had an average healing time of 4.7 weeks and a year-to-year follow-up of 16.6%, whereas patients who did not use steroids had an average cure time of 3.6 weeks and a year after the relapse rate
