本文报导了小鼠骨髓细胞的体内 BrdU 标记姊妹染色单体的方法和用 SCE 方法测定醋酸棉酚的致突变作用。给药组小白鼠每个细胞的 SCE 率范围在0—16之间,平均值为3.09±0.27,比对照组略高(SCE 率范围在0—12之间,平均值为2.96±0.29)。但两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.06)。结果提示:10倍于临床剂量的醋酸棉酚并未使小鼠体内骨髓细胞 SCE的频率增加,似不具有明显的 DNA 初级损伤效应。
This article reports the method of in vivo BrdU-labeled sister chromatid of mouse bone marrow cells and the mutagenesis of gossypol acetate by SCE method. The SCE rate of each cell in the treatment group ranged from 0 to 16 with an average of 3.09 ± 0.27, slightly higher than that of the control group (SCE rate ranged from 0 to 12 with an average of 2.96 ± 0.29). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.06). The results suggest that 10 times the clinical dose of gossypol acetate did not increase the frequency of SCE in the bone marrow cells of mice, it seems that there is no obvious DNA primary damage effect.
