解旋酶是一种所有生物体都广泛存在的酶,对于几乎所有的核酸代谢都是必需的。Pif1解旋酶家族存在于所有的真核生物,是5’-3’方向依赖ATP的解旋酶。Pif1解旋酶影响端粒、核糖体和线粒体的DNA复制以及冈崎片段的成熟,其影响机制很多是利用其解螺旋活性破坏核蛋白复合体的稳定性。不同的生物Pif1解旋酶功能不同,但其对细胞核和线粒体基因组稳定性的维持是非常重要的。目前已知,酿酒酵母(ScPif1和ScRrm3)、裂殖酵母(SpPfh1)、布氏锥虫(TbPIF1、2、5、8)、小鼠(mPif1)和人类(hPif1)均属于Pifl解旋酶家族,现对上述Pifl解旋酶进行综述。

The mechanism by which many Pf1 helicases affect the stability of nuclear protein complexes is that their helicase activity is utilized. Different biological Pif1 helicases function differently, but their maintenance of the nuclear and mitochondrial genome stability is very important. It is known that Saccharomyces cerevisiae (ScPif1 and ScRrm3), Schizosaccharomyces pombe (SpPfh1), Trypanosoma brucei (TbPIF1,2,5,8), mouse (mPif1) and human (hPif1) belong to the Pifl helicase family , The above Pifl helicase is reviewed.
