本文对信息时代图书馆人员的素质培养问题进行了探讨,指出了提高图书馆人员素质是图书馆事业发展的客观要求,根据图书馆人员现状提出了提高图书馆人员素质的途径。
This paper probes into the quality cultivation of library staff in the information era, and points out that improving the quality of library staff is an objective requirement for the development of the library. According to the current situation of library staff, the ways to improve the quality of library staff are put forward.
