企业文化最初的目的是为了更好的实现企业管理、实现企业的经济利益。然而到了后期,企业文化的内涵有了越来越深的扩展,它得到了越来越多企业的认同。随着信息共享、技术创新、知识爆炸的新经济时代的来临,企业文化的重要性日益突出,新的管理模式要求企业文化必须被赋予新的内涵,只有这样才有可能发挥企业文化的深刻作用,从而推动企业职工素质的提升。
