俄罗斯的远东地区是一块自然资源丰富、长期以来远未开发而目前又亟待开发的“处女地”。在当前的国际政治、经济形势下,充分利用国际经济合作,无疑是俄罗斯开发远东地区的有效途径之一。目前在远东地区已经利用和将要利用的国际经济合作的方式有以下几种:
The Far East of Russia is a virgin land that is rich in natural resources and has yet to be developed for a long time and is yet to be developed urgently. Under the current international political and economic situation, making full use of international economic cooperation is undoubtedly one of the effective ways for Russia to develop the Far East. There are several ways of international economic cooperation that have been utilized and are going to be used in the Far East:
