银川火车站站房中部屋面为三连跨预应力清水混凝土拱壳,为空间变曲面结构,结构形式复杂。通过预先在现场制作拱壳模型,采用三维施工测量技术,合理划分施工段、安排工艺流程,达到预计的清水混凝土效果,获得较好的施工管理效益。
The central roof of Yinchuan Railway Station is a three-span prestressed clear concrete arch, which is a space-varying curved surface structure with complex structure. Through the pre-production of arches in the field model, the use of three-dimensional construction measurement technology, a reasonable division of the construction section, arrange the process to achieve the expected effect of water-cooled concrete, get better construction management benefits.
