奥氏体的塑性变形在形变热处理过程中是决定材料组织状态、赋予产品最终组织性能的重要阶段。探讨形变对奥氏体相变规律的影响及形变后相变产物的形态特点,无疑对改进形变热处理工艺,进一步挖掘材料强韧化潜力具有重要意义。本文拟就有关高温形变后奥氏体中铁素体的析出和贝氏体转变,及形变对析出相的影响等问题进行讨论。
The plastic deformation of austenite in the deformation of the heat treatment process is to determine the material state of the organization, giving an important stage of the final product properties. Studying the influence of deformation on the law of phase transformation of austenite and the morphological characteristics of the transformed products after deformation will undoubtedly be of great significance to improve the deformation heat treatment process and further tap the potential of toughening and strengthening of the material. In this paper, we will discuss the problems of ferrite precipitation and bainite transformation in austenite after high temperature deformation and the influence of deformation on the precipitation phase.
