目的:探讨螺旋CT双期增强扫描在诊断胰腺癌中的应用价值和临床意义。方法:26例胰腺癌患者先行CT平扫,再用高压注射器以3 ml/s的速率团注造影剂(非离子型)100ml分别行胰腺期(注入后30秒)与门脉期(注入后65秒)增强扫描,测定并计算2期中正常胰腺与肿瘤的平均CT值及正常胰腺与肿瘤在2期平均CT值的差值。结果:26例中肿块位于胰头颈部17例,钩突部5例,体部2例,尾部2例。直径小于2cm肿块4例。正常胰腺与肿瘤间的强化CT差值在胰腺期显著大于门脉期(P<0.01),肿瘤在增强胰腺期显示更清晰,为相对低密度,胰周动脉和胰周静脉分别在胰腺期、门脉期显示满意。结论:螺旋CT双期增强扫描对胰腺癌的诊断和临床治疗方案的制定具有极大的应用价值及意义。
Objective: To investigate the value and clinical significance of double-phase helical CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods: Twenty-six patients with pancreatic cancer underwent primary CT scan. The tumor showed clearer in the enhanced pancreas and was relatively low density. The peripancreatic and pancreas peripancreatic vessels in the pancreas, Portal venous phase shows satisfaction. Conclusion: Spiral CT double-phase enhanced scan has great value and significance for the diagnosis and clinical treatment of pancreatic cancer.
