目的：为了延长药物溶出时间和改进膜的柔软性而改进眼用载药膜的配方。方法：以聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）和白芨胶为药膜基质，制备氢溴酸后马托品眼用药膜，并进行体外溶出度和动物试验。结果：在ＰＶＡ膜质中加入白芨胶可以改进ＰＶＡ膜的药物缓释性能及膜的柔软性。结论：药膜基质配方的选择是合理的
OBJECTIVE: To improve formulation of ophthalmic drug-loaded membranes in order to prolong drug dissolution time and improve membrane softness. Methods: The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and aloe vera gel were used as the drug matrix to prepare the ophthalmic drug film of homatropine hydrobromide, and the in vitro dissolution and animal experiments were also conducted. Results: The addition of Baijiao Gum to PVA film can improve the sustained-release properties and membrane softness of PVA film. Conclusion: The choice of membrane matrix formula is reasonable
