目的评价2003～2007年全球基金结核病控制项目在长丰县实施及其后继1年(2008年)的工作效果,为今后更好地控制结核病提供依据。方法收集有关资料进行分析。结果 2008年新涂阳病人发现率从前5年的70.29%上升到87.71%;2008年新涂阳病人痰菌2个月末阴转率从前5年的83.99%上升到91.48%;3个月末阴转率从前5年的87.85%上升到94.23%;2008年新涂阳病人治愈率从前5年的85.04%上升到87.91%。结论实施结核病控制项目取得显著成绩,延续项目机制和方法,结核病控制能取得好的成效。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the Global Fund TB Control Project implemented in Changfeng County from 2003 to 2007 and its successor one year (2008), so as to provide the basis for better control of tuberculosis in the future. Methods Collect relevant data for analysis. Results The detection rate of smear-positive patients increased from 70.29% in 2008 to 87.71% in 2008; the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria in new smear-positive patients increased from 83.99% in the first 5 years to 91.48% in 2008; The rate increased from 87.85% in the previous 5 years to 94.23%; in 2008, the cure rate of new smear-positive patients rose from 85.04% in the previous 5 years to 87.91%. Conclusion Significant achievements have been made in the implementation of TB control programs and the project mechanisms and methods have been extended. TB control can achieve good results.
