[目的]应用两种快速双向培养基对正常结核分支杆菌和L型结核分支杆菌进行分离培养,探讨在结核病诊断中的应用价值。[方法]以经改进的快速双向培养和快速双向L型培养基,对临床结核病人痰标本250份进行分离正常和L型结核分支杆菌,比较2种联合培养法的快速诊断作用。[结果]快速双向培养基培养总阳性率35.2%(88/250);双向L型培养基分离L型结核分支杆菌总阳性率31.2%(78/250)。2种培养基联合应用,总阳性率62.8%(157/250),明显高于单一培养基的检出率(2=38.10、50.11,P值均<0.01),亦显著高于传统改良罗氏培养基的检出率36.0%(90/250,2=35.92,P<0.01)。[结论]2种双向培养基联合应用,能明显提高结核病检出率,对快速诊断与控制结核病有重要作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and culture normal Mycobacterium tuberculosis and L-form Mycobacterium tuberculosis using two kinds of rapid bidirectional culture media to explore the application value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. [Method] With the rapid bi-directional culture and rapid bi-directional L-type culture medium improved, 250 samples of sputum from clinical tuberculosis patients were isolated from normal and L-form Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the rapid diagnostic effects of the two kinds of co-culture methods were compared. [Results] The positive rate of fast bi-directional culture medium was 35.2% (88/250). The positive rate of L-form Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated by bi-directional L-type culture medium was 31.2% (78/250). The total positive rate of 62.8% (157/250) was significantly higher than that of single culture medium (2 = 38.10 and 50.11, P <0.01), which was also significantly higher than that of the traditional modified Roche culture The detection rate of base was 36.0% (90 / 250,2 = 35.92, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The combination of two kinds of bidirectional culture medium can obviously improve the detection rate of tuberculosis, which plays an important role in the rapid diagnosis and control of tuberculosis.
