新课改倡导引导学生进行独立思考,积极主动探索和获取数学知识,从而转变学生的学习方式,也就是开展以探讨和交流为主要的方式开展合作学习。因而很多初中数学教师在教学过程中采取了合作学习策略,但是其取得的效果并不明显。那么在素质教育实施的今天,作为初中数学教师应如何在教学工作中应用合作学习策略并确保应用的有效性呢?这不仅是我们每一位初中数学教师面对并亟待解决的问题,也是在提高初中数学教学质量的基础上实现我国教育事业发展的必经之路。
