为研究10年生枇杷植株中大量矿质营养元素累积与分布特性,以10年生‘大红袍’枇杷植株为试材,分别测定果实、叶、1~3年生枝、主枝、主干、侧根、须根的N、P、K、Ca、Mg和S的含量。结果表明:(1)N、K、Mg、S等元素在叶片中含量最高,分别为13.90、13.00、2.58和0.85 g·kg-1;P在1年生枝中含量最高为1.30g·kg-1;Ca在主干中含量最高为18.20 g·kg-1。(2)N、P、K、Mg及S在叶片中积累量最大,分别为42.86、3.39、40.08、7.94和2.62 g;Ca在主干中积累量最大为77.61 g。(3)整株每kg鲜重生物量中大量元素累积量为12.70 g,其中叶片的最高,为22.90g;其次为主干,累积量为17.59 g;果实的积累量最少,为2.83 g。
In order to study the accumulation and distribution of a large number of mineral nutrients in 10-year-old loquat plants, 10-year-old ’Da Hong Pao’ loquat plants were used as test materials to measure fruit, leaf, 1-3 year old branches, N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S content. The results showed that: (1) The contents of N, K, Mg and S were the highest in leaves, which were 13.90, 13.00, 2.58 and 0.85 g · kg-1, 1; the content of Ca in the trunk was up to 18.20 g · kg -1. (2) The accumulation of N, P, K, Mg and S in leaves was the highest, which were 42.86, 3.39, 40.08, 7.94 and 2.62 g, respectively. The accumulation of Ca in the trunk was 77.61 g. (3) The accumulation of trace elements per kg of fresh weight of the whole plant was 12.70 g, of which the highest leaf was 22.90 g; followed by the trunk, the cumulative amount of 17.59 g; fruit accumulation of at least, 2.83 g.
