Despite the delay in the implementation of the national standard, the industrialization of terrestrial digital television can not be stopped. The experience and experience in digital terrestrial television technology and operation experiments that have been carried out in various places all deserve to be shared. In this issue, we publish a series of manuscripts on the construction of digital television terrestrial broadcasting platform in Hefei, Anhui Province.
