本文研究了剖宫产时母体静脉输入葡萄糖对正常围产儿的影响。结果:(1)51例剖宫产于20~50分钟内输入10%葡萄糖80~400ml,平均输糖速度(GV)为51.47g/小时。产时母体血糖(MG)为172.3±55.7mg/dl;出时生胎儿血糖(FG)为132.5±41.6mg/de,最高达219.1mg/de,易引起胎儿急性高血糖。由于FG与MG(γ=0.8726,P<0.001)、MG与GV(γ=0.7395,P<0.001)均呈高度正相关,故应限制产程中母体单位时间内的输糖量。(2) 新生儿生后2小时内血糖水平随MG升高而略增高,与FI无直接关系,无一例新生儿低血糖发生。
This article investigates the effect of glucose infused into the maternal vein during cesarean section on normal perinatal delivery. Results: (1) 51 cases of cesarean section in the 20 to 50 minutes, 10% glucose input 80 ~ 400ml, the average rate of sugar (GV) was 51.47g / hour. The maternal blood glucose (MG) was 172.3 ± 55.7 mg / dL at delivery and 132.5 ± 41.6 mg / day at birth, with a maximum of 219.1 mg / day, which could cause acute hyperglycemia in the fetus. Because FG and MG (γ = 0.8726, P <0.001), MG and GV (γ = 0.7395, P <0.001) were highly positive correlation, so should limit the amount of sugar in the labor unit of the mother’s unit of time. (2) Within 2 hours after birth, blood glucose level increased slightly with the increase of MG, but not with FI. There was no neonatal hypoglycemia.
