用双波长薄层扫描法对成药银翘解毒片及各单味药材采用阴、阳双对照鉴定各味药材的特征色谱峰,均得到较为满意的结果。
The dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to identify the characteristic chromatographic peaks of each medicinal herb using Yinyin and Yang double-controls. The satisfactory results were obtained.
