采用木瓜蛋白酶处理的兔红细胞花环形成试验和兔抗豚鼠免疫球蛋白标记的免疫微球花环形成试验及乳胶颗粒吞噬试验分别测定了2~4用龄豚鼠胸腺的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和吞噬细胞。结果显出:T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞分别占胸腺细胞的69~78%和0.7~2.6%。胸腺吞噬细胞含量甚少。胸腺T、B淋巴细胞总数随动物周龄、胸腺重量的增加而增加。第2~3周龄平均每日增加T细胞4029万、B细胞14万;第3~4周龄平均每日增加T细胞4986万、B细胞71万。第3~4周龄比第2~3周龄动物平均每日多增加T、B淋巴细胞各57万。
