目的了解暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识和危险行为水平,重点开展艾滋病防治工作,探索和建立艾滋病经性传播途径的干预模式,降低艾滋病的感染率。方法对娱乐场所进行摸底并绘制场所分布图,对娱乐场所内暗娼进行问卷调查,同时开展有针对性的预防艾滋病性病防治知识宣传活动。结果通过五年的随访监测和干预工作,暗娼人群的艾滋病知识知晓率由59.9%上升至83.3%,最近一月商业性行为坚持使用安全套的比率由27.9%上升至73.3%,最近一次安全套使用率由77.9%上升至93.8%,一年内接受艾滋病干预服务的比例由65.6%上升到96.3%。
Objective To understand HIV / AIDS-related knowledge and risk behaviors among FSWs, and focus on HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment, explore and establish intervention modes of HIV transmission through sex, and reduce the HIV infection rate.
