宝钢一期工程的设备是全套从国外引进的,具有大型化、高速化、连续化、自动化的特点。它投产后已带来较高的经济效益,但也带来了停机损失大、维修成本高、维修难度大等一系列问题。为了实现宝钢“安全、顺行、持续”生产的总目标,最大限度地减少停机时间和费用,最大限度地减少突发事故及其损失,我们在引进全套设备的同时,还从日本新日铁引进了一套以预防为主的设备维修管理方式。经过几年努力,在一号高炉投产初期已基本实现。这套方式的核心内容是点检和定修,为此,我们统称它为点检、定修制。 一、宝钢设备的点检、定修制
The equipment of Baosteel’s first phase project is a full set of equipment imported from abroad, with features of large-scale, high-speed, continuous, and automated. After it was put into production, it had brought higher economic benefits, but it also brought a series of problems such as large downtime, high maintenance costs, and difficult maintenance. In order to realize Baosteel’s overall goal of “safe, swift, and continuous” production, minimize downtime and costs, and minimize unexpected accidents and losses, we have also introduced a full set of equipment from Nippon Steel. A set of preventive equipment maintenance management methods was introduced. After several years of hard work, the first stage of blast furnace production has basically been realized.
