目的:总结不同浓度的平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部静脉畸形的效果,为临床应用平阳霉素治疗静脉畸形提供参考。方法:回顾2006—2012年采用平阳霉素治疗的194例静脉畸形患者的临床资料,对不同部位的静脉畸形采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗,具体为皮肤表面静脉畸形为8 mg/8 mL,黏膜及黏膜下静脉畸形为8 mg/5 mL。结果:皮肤静脉畸形有效率为94.9%,口腔黏膜静脉畸形有效率为100%。结论:对不同部位的静脉畸形采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗,可取得较好的效果,并减少不必要的并发症。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the effect of different concentrations of pingyangmycin on oral and maxillofacial venous malformations, and to provide a reference for the clinical application of pingyangmycin in treating venous malformations. Methods: The clinical data of 194 cases of venous malformation treated with pingyangmycin during 2006 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Venous malformations of different parts were treated with different concentrations of pingyangmycin, which was 8 mg / 8 mL Mucosal and submucous venous malformations 8 mg / 5 mL. Results: The effective rate of skin venous malformation was 94.9%, and the effective rate of oral mucosal venous malformation was 100%. Conclusion: Venous malformations in different parts of the treatment with different concentrations of pingyangmycin, can achieve better results, and reduce unnecessary complications.
