对6个V型小麦不育系和两个恢复系进行了杂种小麦制种试验。初步研究了不同不育系的制种产量、柱头生活力延续时间、花期相遇情况、行比及人工辅助授粉方式等问题。结果表明,一些优良组合制种产量可达3000~4500kg/hm~2以上;母本群体柱头生活力可延续15d左右,大约可分为初、盛、后、末4个阶段;父本盛花期相遇于母本盛花后期较好;父母本行比以1:2(6行:12行)最佳;人工辅助授粉对花期相遇不好的组合有明显提高结实率的作用。
Wheat hybrids were tested on six V-type and two restorer lines. Preliminary studies on the seed production of different male sterile lines, the duration of stigma viability, flowering encounter, ratio and artificial pollination and other issues. The results showed that the yield of some fine combinations could reach more than 3000 ~ 4500kg / hm ~ 2. The stigma viability of female parent population could extend for about 15 days, which could be divided into four stages at the beginning, end, end and end. Encounter was better in the early stage of flowering of female parent. The ratio of parental line to 1: 2 (6 lines: 12 lines) was the best; and the combination of artificial pollination and anthesis had a significant effect on the seed setting rate.
