打造文化旅游胜地是市委提出的“一区五地”的战略目标之一,全力打造“文化旅游胜地”有着深厚人文精神和优势旅游资源的支撑。文化旅游胜地当然要以文化来统领旅游,“胜地”有优美和制胜之意,简单地区分,可能“优美”多赋予了旅游风光,而“制胜”多给予了厚重文化。打造文化旅游胜地,首先要有精神站位,传统“仁义”绝不可少,弘扬“天人合一、知行合一”的贵州人文精神,写好“以文化人、以文惠民、以文兴业”
