本文利用La_2O_3和Bi_2O_3(含铽样品加Tb_4O_7)与NH_4X及KX之间的高温固相反应制备了La_(1-x)Bi_xOX,La_(1-x)Bi_xOX:Tb(X=F, Cl, Br, I)的试样。用品格参数法确定了LaOX-BiOX体系固相线下的相关系;LaOF-BiOF,LaOCl-BiOCl,LaOI-BiOI是无限互溶的二元固溶体体系,LaOBr-BiOBr为有限互溶的二元固溶体体系。测定了试样在阴极射线,x射线下的发光性能。La_(1-x)Bi_xOX的发射光谱为两个宽带,在x=0.05~0.10时发光强度最大。La_(1-x)Bi_xOX:Tb的发射光谱为Tb~(3+)的发射光谱,发光强度在X=0.01或X<0.01时最大。初步探讨了在La_(1-x)Bi_xOX:Tb中Bi~(3+)对Tb~(3+)发光的敏化与猝灭作用.
In this paper, La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX, La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX: Tb (X = F, Cl, Br) were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction between La_2O_3 and Bi_2O_3 (Tb_4O_7 containing terbium and NH_4X and KX) , I) of the sample. LaOF-BiOF, LaOCl-BiOCl, LaOI-BiOI are binary immiscible binary solid solution systems, and LaOBr-BiOBr binary immiscible binary solid solution systems. The luminescence properties of the sample under cathode ray and x-ray were measured. The emission spectrum of La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX is two wide bands, and the luminescence intensity is the largest at x = 0.05 ~ 0.10. The emission spectrum of La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX: Tb is Tb_ (3+) emission spectrum, and the emission intensity is the maximum when X = 0.01 or X <0.01. The sensitization and quenching of Tb ~ (3+) by Bi ~ (3+) in La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX: Tb were investigated.
