为了进一步组织动员广大农村妇女在社会主义新农村建设中充分发挥农村妇女“半边天”作用,市妇联与市“新村办”联合开展了“争当新女性、建设新农村”主题活动,组织各级妇联创建“妇”字号新农村建设示范点,目前形势喜人。一、力求“切入好”——定位准确显妇联“精心”全市新农村建设动员大会后,市委书记徐明华亲自召集市妇联党组成员交办任务,要求市妇联参与示范村建设。接受任务后,市妇联马上研究部署创建工作。经过全面考察,决定把衡东县李花村和耒阳市石仙村作为示范村创建点。为了找准切入点,我们从几个方面进行了探索。一是深入调查研究。市妇联在李花村和石仙村就“农村现状、农妇面貌、农妇困惑、农妇意愿”等问题
