我台于2010年10月份,由原来传统的模拟电视信号成功地改造成数字电视信号,数字电视机顶盒采用的是高斯贝尔GD-6020。经过6年的使用运行,发现了一些故障发生规律在这里跟各位同仁们探讨一下。故障多发部位主要集中在电源板上,约占故障的90%左右。主板的故障主要集中在高频头约占故障的5%左右。音频输出放大集成块和视频输出放大集成块故障合占4%左右。FLASH集成块故障占故障的1%左右。
Our Taiwan in October 2010, from the traditional analog TV signals successfully transformed into digital television signals, digital TV set-top boxes using the Goss Bell GD-6020. After 6 years of use and operation, found some rules of fault occurrence here to discuss with my colleagues. Fault prone parts mainly concentrated in the power board, accounting for about 90% of the failure. Motherboard failure is mainly concentrated in the high-frequency head about 5% of the failure. Audio output amplification block and video output amplification block errors together accounted for about 4%. FLASH block failure accounted for about 1% of the failure.
