梳理了国内工程抗震设防的基本原则与要求,对比了美国、欧洲LNG工程抗震设防的基本要求与推荐做法,对我国进口LNG接收终端工程抗震设防提出了具体建议。给出了大型LNG工程抗震设防的基本技术标准,工程场地地震安全评估分步、分阶段实施方法,建(构)筑物重要性等级划分准则,抗地震水准和构件强度标准以及LNG码头抗震设防措施等,并给出了工程应用实例,相关研究结论具有一定的参考价值。
The basic principles and requirements of seismic fortification for domestic projects are reviewed. The basic requirements and recommended practices for seismic fortification of LNG projects in the United States and Europe are contrasted. Specific suggestions are put forward for the seismic fortification of imported LNG receiving terminals in China. The basic technical standards for seismic fortification of large-scale LNG projects, the step-by-step seismic safety assessment of construction sites, the method of phased implementation, the classification criteria for the importance of building structures, the standards for seismic resistance and component strength, and the seismic fortification of LNG terminals Measures and so on, and gives examples of engineering applications, the relevant research conclusions have some reference value.
