尿瘘是严重影响妇女身体健康与生活的创伤性疾病,给患者带来了难言的痛苦。解放以来,由于妇幼保健工作的加强,对尿瘘疾病的预防和治疗方面都取得了很大成绩。以华主席为首的党中央发出了“三年内基本消灭尿瘘”的号召,作为妇产科医务工作者,倍感责任重大。为总结经验,找出差距,增添措施,特将我科1953年1月至1979年1月26年中,接受手术治疗的132例尿瘘病案分析报告于后。
Urinary fistula is a traumatic disease that seriously affects women’s health and life, and brings unspeakable pain to patients. Since the liberation, with the strengthening of maternal and child health care, great achievements have been made in the prevention and treatment of urinary fistula diseases. The CPC Central Committee led by Chairman Hua has issued the call of “basically eliminating urinary fistula within three years”. As a gynecological and obstetric medical worker, I feel it is very important. To summarize the experience, to identify gaps and add measures, especially our department January 1953 to January 1979 26 years, received surgery in 132 cases of urinary fistula analysis report.
