目的:探究显微外科护士素质培养方法,全面提高护理管理质量。方法:从护士素质培养和护理质量管理两方面入手,自2015年1月起实施新的护理管理办法,护士素质培养方面主要包括提高护士自主学习意识、改进显微外科护理知识培训方案、促进护士知识结构更新,护理质量管理方面主要包括明确护理质量管理核心、制定科学合理的管理计划、完善质量控制体系,比较2015年和2014年的护理质量评分与患者满意度。结果:在实施新的护理管理方案后,显微外科护理质量显著提高,2015年在分级护理、身份识别、专科护理、健康教育、护理风貌及文书书写方面的评分均显著优于2014年(P<0.05);2015年护理满意度为99.14%,显著高于2014年的91.25%(P<0.05)。结论:重视显微外科护士的素质培养与护理质量管理,制定科学合理的管理方案,建立对应的质量控制体系,能够有效改善显微外科的护理工作质量。
Objective: To explore the methods of nurse quality cultivation in microsurgery and improve the quality of nursing management. Methods: Starting from two aspects of nurse quality training and nursing quality management, since January 2015, a new nursing management approach has been implemented. Nurse quality training mainly includes training nurses’ self-learning awareness, improving training programs of microsurgical nursing knowledge and nurses Knowledge structure update and nursing quality management mainly include clarifying the core of nursing quality management, formulating a scientific and rational management plan, improving the quality control system, and comparing the 2015 and 2014 nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction. Results: The quality of microsurgical care was significantly improved after the implementation of the new care management program. In 2015, scores on grading nursing, identification, specialist nursing, health education, nursing style and document writing were significantly better than those in 2014 (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing care in 2015 was 99.14%, significantly higher than 91.25% in 2014 (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Attention should be paid to the quality training and nursing quality management of microsurgical nurses, establishing scientific and reasonable management plans and establishing corresponding quality control systems, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing work in microsurgery.
