目的:研究卫矛科雷公藤属植物昆明山海棠根皮的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20等各种色谱技术分离纯化化学成分,通过MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为木栓酮(1),3-O-Δ9(11),12-齐墩果二烯(2),canophyllal(3),3-乙酰氧基齐墩果酸(4),雷酚内酯(山海棠素,5),雷酚萜甲醚(6),二十三酸(7),β-谷甾醇(8),硬脂酸(9),任卡漆-5-烯-3β,28-二醇(10),棕榈酸(11),胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:化合物1,2,3,7,10均为首次从昆明山海棠中分离得到,其中化合物7为首次从雷公藤属植物分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root bark of the Phalaenopsis trifoliate Kunming Begonia. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other chromatographic techniques. Their structures were identified by MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as xylitol (1), 3-O-Δ9 (11), 12-oleanodine (2), canophyllal (3) (4) lactone (Begoniaceae 5), phenolphthalein (6), tricosanoic acid (7), β-sitosterol 5-en-3β, 28-diol (10), palmitic acid (11), daucosterol (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 7, and 10 were isolated from Begoniaceae for the first time. Among them, compound 7 was isolated from Tripterygium for the first time.
