产学研联合是指企业与高校、研究机构在政府的政策引导和组织推动下,通过协作,共同推进科技开发、成果推广和产业化以及企业技术进步这一过程。产学研联合可以发挥企业在资金、管理、销售及市场信息和高校、研究机构在科技创新、科研手段、人才培训等方面的优势,从而产生综合集成效应。“七五”期间,本市有关部门组织生产技术难题攻关,尤其是1992年成立产学研联合工作组织协调机构以来,本市产学研联合取得了重要进展,但也存在诸多困难和问题。为了总结经验,探索在社会主义市场经济体制下产学研联合工作的新思路,推动
