程××,男,45岁,1974年2月28日来院诉:左鼻痒,不适,间或打喷嚏一周。一周前突感左鼻内痒,间有喷嚏,曾自行滴“鼻眼净”无效。检查:外鼻正常,右鼻道无脓性分泌物,通气良好。左鼻腔下甲粘膜轻度充血,中道无脓、通气,下甲粘膜中段处有白色小虫一条,尚活动,用枪状镊取下,放于有生理盐水之玻片上,尚可活动,色白,尖端呈褐色,长约10—12毫米,直径约1.5—2毫米。送河南医学院寄生虫教研组鉴定为窗虻之幼虫。虫取出后给以1％麻黄素滴鼻,翌日症状消失。局部检查除见左下甲粘膜轻度充血外,余无异常。窗虻科成虫常聚集在窗户上,谷仓中,幼虫为
