目的利用流动注射进样电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析抗癌中草药中镉、汞和铅3种重金属元素。方法采用硝酸-盐酸-过氧化氢-氢氟酸消解体系压力密闭消解,用流动注射进样电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法分析。结果在优化的实验条件下,仪器和方法的检出限分别为0.006~0.01ng/ml和0.0016~0.0053 g·g~(-1)范围;相对标准偏差在1.8%~2.9%范围,15 h内~(111)Cd、~(202)Hg和~(208)Pb的灵敏度降低的幅度在3.5~5.6%范围。结论流动注射条件下,基体对仪器灵敏度稳定性的影响较连续进样明显降低。
Objective To analyze the contents of three heavy metal elements (cadmium, mercury and lead) in anticancer Chinese herbal medicine by flow injection injection inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
