在单根构件和子结构承载力试验基础上,分析对比了Q460等边角钢的破坏模式、稳定承载力、端部约束影响等。研究表明:子结构承载力试验能真实反映构件在结构中的受力性能和实际约束条件,子结构承载力试验值略高于单根构件试验值,可作为检验、校核构件承载力的依据;按《美国输电铁塔设计导则》(ASCE 10—97)计算的承载力理论值偏低,其构件稳定系数有待修正。研究为Q460高强角钢的规范制订和工程应用提供了合理依据。
Based on the test of single member and sub-structure bearing capacity, the failure mode, the stability of bearing capacity and the influence of end restraint of Q460 is analyzed and compared. The results show that the bearing capacity test of sub-structure can truly reflect the mechanical performance and actual restraining conditions of the sub-structure, and the test value of sub-structure bearing capacity is slightly higher than that of single sub-structure, which can be used as the basis for checking and checking the bearing capacity of sub-structure ; The theoretical value of bearing capacity calculated according to “American Transmission Tower Design Guidelines” (ASCE 10-97) is low, and its component stability coefficient needs to be corrected. The research provides a reasonable basis for the specification and engineering application of Q460 high strength angle steel.
