近几十年来,哮喘发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势。由于哮喘具有反复发作的特点,并常产生严重发作,甚至导致死亡,如果不能进行及时有效的治疗,将会给患者、家庭以至社会造成沉重的疾病和经济负担。哮喘已经成为严重的公共卫生问题。全球哮喘防治创议(GINA)委员会将5月 2日世界哮喘日的主题定为“满足哮喘患告的需要(The Unmet Needs of Asthma)”,希望通过哮喘日的活动,引起医生、患者以及卫生管理部门对哮喘的重视,使哮喘患者得到规范化的治疗,更好地控制和管理好哮喘,提高哮喘患者的生活质量,并进一步减轻患者的负担。本刊借此时机,采访了中国哮喘联盟总负责人,中日友好医院呼吸内科主任林江涛教授,请他对哮喘的流行病学和防治情况做了洋细的介绍,以此加深我们对哮喘的认识和重视。
The incidence of asthma has been on a global upward trend in recent decades. Because asthma has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and often causes serious attacks and even deaths, if it can not be treated promptly and effectively, it will cause severe illness and financial burden on patients, families and the community. Asthma has become a serious public health problem. He asked him to introduce the epidemiology and prevention of asthma carefully so as to deepen our understanding of asthma Understanding and attention.
