1.支薪制与分享制的基本概念支薪制与分享制是现代公司治理结构下出资者与包括经营者在内的劳动者之间的分配关系。支薪制公司是指由支薪经理管理的企业。在支薪制公司里,劳动者领取固定工资或按个人贡献领取绩效工资,出资者占有全部剩余。分享制公司是指由劳动者在一定程度上参与剩余的分配,他们的一部分收入要根据公司整体的经营绩效来取得。 2.支新制的产生及主要优缺点
1. Basic Concepts of Pay System and Sharing System Pay system and sharing system are the distribution relations between the contributors and the laborers including managers in the modern corporate governance structure. Payroll companies are companies managed by payroll managers. In a pay-as-you-go company, the worker receives a fixed salary or a personal contribution to receive a performance pay, and the funder owns the entire surplus.
