低水头径流式电站的首部枢纽,一般库容较小,洪水频繁,泄量大,下游水位变化剧烈,因而泄洪消能问题往往较为突出。本文介绍了云南省腾冲县龙江二级水电站首部枢纽采用闸坝联合泄洪、底面流混合消能的布置方案。通过水工模型试验,论证了该方案的可行性并优化了工程布置,分析了底流、面流的形成条件,推荐了合理的泄洪运行方式。
The first hub of a low-head runoff power plant has a small storage capacity, frequent floods, large discharge capacity and drastic changes in downstream water level. Therefore, the problem of flood discharge and energy dissipation tends to be prominent. This paper introduces the layout scheme of combined flood discharge and bottom flow mixed energy dissipation in the first hub of Longjiang Ⅱ Hydropower Station in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province. Through the hydraulic model test, the feasibility of the scheme is verified and the layout of the project is optimized. The formation conditions of underflow and surface flow are analyzed, and a reasonable flood discharging operation mode is recommended.
