介绍了应用小干扰振荡法的特征分析方法，提出了水口水电厂（７×２００ＭＷ）机组装设ＰＳＳ（电力系统稳定器）的参数，论证了在该参数下ＰＳＳ对抵消ＡＶＲ（自动电压调节器）负阻尼，抑制低频振荡的效果，并建议在沙溪口水电厂（４×７５ＭＷ）也应装设ＰＳＳ。
The characteristic analysis method of small disturbance oscillation method is introduced and the parameters of PSS (Power System Stabilizer) installed in Shuikou Hydropower Plant (7 × 200MW) are presented. It is demonstrated that the PSS is effective to cancel the AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) ) Negative damping, the effect of suppressing low-frequency oscillation, and suggested Shahekou hydropower plant (4 × 75MW) should also be installed PSS.
