目的:探讨野外综合演练徒步行军时足底水疱的诱因。方法:对2008年秋季参加野外综合演练新生1 100例进行问卷调查,了解足底水疱发病率及其相关因素。结果:参训新生1 100例中,发生足底水疱688例,占62.5%。发生足底水疱的诱因主要是脚汗,同时还与袜子更换频率、有无鞋垫及鞋垫与胶鞋的匹配程度密切相关。结论:脚汗是新生野外综合演练发生足底水疱的主要诱因,应采取相应措施加以干预。
Objective: To explore the causes of foot blisters when walking in the field. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,100 freshmen who participated in the field comprehensive exercise in autumn 2008 to find out the incidence of foot blisters and its related factors. Results: In the 1,100 freshmen, 688 cases of plantar blisters occurred, accounting for 62.5%. Occurrence of foot blisters is mainly due to foot sweat, but also with the socks replacement frequency, with or without insole and insoles and rubber shoes are closely related to the degree of match. Conclusion: Foot sweat is the main inducing factor of plantar blisters in freshmen ’s comprehensive field exercise. Corresponding measures should be taken to intervene.
