译者前言本文是金斯堡意大利文诗集《咒王的可能》的前言。记录了金斯堡与该书的翻译费尔南达·皮娃诺之间的一次谈话。谈话的主要内容含:1.金斯堡指出传统诗歌节奏与时代话语严重脱节,无法反映现代人的情感节奏的变化,因此改革势在必然;2.为摆脱传统格律的束缚,前后三代美国诗人所做出的努力——惠特曼创造了自由体诗;庞德引导诗人根据元音创作诗歌;莫尔提倡根据音节创造节奏;而威廉斯让美国口语入诗,金斯堡等运用自己的呼吸节奏作为诗歌的节奏;3.金斯堡最后批评了当代艺术创作的通病,即不讲究语言艺术的精练和简洁等。
Translator’s Preface This is the preface to Guinness’s Italian poem “The Curse of Kings”. Recorded a conversation between Kingsburg and the translator Fernanda Pivaño of the book. The main contents of the conversation include: 1. Ginsberg pointed out that the rhythm of traditional poetry is seriously disconnected with the discourse of the times and can not reflect the changes in the emotional rhythm of the modern people. Therefore, the reform is inevitable. 2. In order to get rid of the shackles of the traditional law, three generations of American poets Efforts made - Whitman created a free verse; Pond led poets to create poems based on vowels; Moore advocated to create rhythm based on syllables; and Williams made the United States into spoken poetry, Kingsburg and other use their own Breathing rhythm as the rhythm of poetry; 3. Ginsberg finally criticized the common problem of contemporary art, that is, do not pay attention to the refinement and conciseness of language arts.
