由宝钢自动化部、冶金部自动化研究院和重庆钢铁设计院等单位联合承担的宝钢3高炉计算机软件基本设计工作,去年年底已通过专家审查。这标志着宝钢已能独立承担特大型高炉的计算机设计和开发工作,表明我国在设计和开发特大型高炉计算机软件方面已达到国际先进水平。宝钢已建成投产的两座4063m~3特大型高炉中,1高炉包括计算机软硬件,全套从日本引进。2高炉计算机软件基本设计工作也由日方总承包,宝钢仅参加了部分软件开发工作。
The basic design work of Baosteel-3 blast furnace computer software, jointly undertaken by Baosteel Automation Department, Institute of Metallurgical Department Automation and Chongqing Iron & Steel Design Institute, was approved by experts at the end of last year. This indicates that Baosteel has been able to independently undertake the computer design and development work for the very large blast furnace, indicating that China has reached the international advanced level in the design and development of computer software for extra large blast furnaces. Baosteel has put into operation two 4063m ~ 3 large blast furnaces, 1 blast furnace including computer hardware and software, a full set of imported from Japan. 2 blast furnace computer software basic design work by the Japanese general contractor, Baosteel only participated in part of the software development work.
