子宫内放置节育器是一种安全、简便、有效的避孕措施,为解决剖宫产术后的避孕问题,我院1983年5月至1984年7月,对120例剖宫产者同时宫内置环,并进行了近期随访,报道如下。资料与方法一、对象:我院1983年5月至1984年7月分娩总数2013例,从212例剖宫产中选择165例无产前感染者,行剖宫产术时置宫内节育器。年龄24～35岁,初产妇占95％。二、节育器种类:我们选用上海医用缝合针厂出
