现代管理理论的发展,出现了动态的领导理论。动态领导理论认为:领导有效性=f(领导者、被领导者、领导环境),领导有效性是一个应变量,它是领导者、被领导者、领导环境这三个变量的函数。 动态领导理论的主要观点应该是:1.有效性(领导)取决于领导者、被领导者、领导环境三者的动态组合;2.没有统一的领导方法、模式,也没法说哪一种领导方法绝对的好;3.领导者应该学会运用多种方式和方法来领导,但必须贯彻党的思想路线,实事求是,一切从实际出发、国情出发。
The development of modern management theory, there has been a dynamic theory of leadership. Dynamic leadership theory holds that: effectiveness of leadership = f (leader, leader, leadership environment), the effectiveness of leadership is a dependent variable, which is a function of three variables: leader, leader and leadership environment. The main points of the dynamic leadership theory should be: 1. Effectiveness (leadership) depends on the dynamic combination of the leader, the leader and the leadership environment. 2. There is no unified leadership method or mode Leadership method is absolutely good; 3 leaders should learn to use a variety of ways and means to lead, but we must implement the party’s ideological line, seek truth from facts, everything from the reality, starting from the national conditions.
